I was very pleased with the work done to design and install my SOHO (small office /home office) Ethernet network. They gave sound practical advice to provide a cost effective but future proofed design. Their visiting engineers were polite, considerate and friendly. They tested all the connected systems to ensure performance. Smarthouse have supplied most if not all of our audiovisual equipment, including sound system and TV’s over the last 7 years.They have also provided and upgraded our WiFi in that time ,most recently they fitted a starlink system , which had been excellent. All of the engineers and office staff have been responsive , helpful, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We couldn’t recommend this company highly enough.

We rang Smarthouse as we had a problem with our TV amplifier in our caravan. An hour later a knowledgeable young man arrived on our doorstep and sorted the problem out very efficiently. Excellent customer service which in many cases is a rarity today. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use Smarthouse again if needed.

The lovely guy that visited my property I had just moved into to sort out my aerial did a great job and got my tv back up and running before leaving. Supplied me with a freesat box and made sure everything was working correctly. Even my dogs enjoyed having a fuss :)

We approached Smarthouse to install a home security / alarm system on our new build house. The excellent team at Smarthouse provided us with all the information we needed to make an informed decision and installed an excellent system which included all the necessary cameras and hard drive which is flexible, easy to monitor and adjust on the App, and was great value for money. The team at Smarthouse are local to us and are easy to get hold of and have provided friendly, knowledgable and speedy service and support throughout including perhaps most importantly, the aftercare and support when needed. I highly recommend Smarthouse and would not hesitate to use them again - I just wish I had know about the greater variety of services / equipment that they are able to offer before we did our build - I recommend you take a look!

A relative suggested Smarthouse to us, and we couldn't be more pleased with the exceptional level of professionalism and support they provided.

After thorough research, we settled on a Starlink system for high-speed internet in our rural Cornwall location. Covering an extensive area of 3,500 square meters, which includes two glamping units, presented a unique challenge. Smarthouse brilliantly addressed this by setting up a mesh network, complete with two distinct WiFi networks—one for our guests and another for personal use.
